Founded in 2022, Aurora Dragonfly Consulting is a First Nation-owned and managed consultancy and education company with extensive lived experience across the North and Arctic regions.

With over 25 years of experience, we specialize in co-creating Indigenous curriculum, Indigenous awareness learning, and strategic planning that deepens understanding, respect, and cultural awareness. We have worked alongside over 40 Indigenous Communities and Nations across what is now called Canada, working in various Nations and Territories.

We specialize in working with Corporations and Governments that work towards moving action-based plans within the TRC Calls to Action. We have worked in various industries such as construction, Government, business development and education.

We have developed curriculum alongside several First Nation communities. We centre their knowledges as the foundation and core of education. We have extensive experience working with both NWT and AB curriculum programs.

At Aurora Dragonfly, our work is centred and guided by Indigenous pedagogical and philosophical perspectives. We operate within a framework that prioritizes the following approaches to learning and education: respect and inclusivity, lifelong learning, holistic approaches, cultural relevance, and collaboration.
